Roger Tan
Chief Executive Officer & Chief Investment Officer

Roger is the CEO and Vice Chairman of a Single Family Office, as well as a General Partner at Club Estate AG, an alternative asset class firm established in 2018 equipped with a Luxembourg (RAIF) fund structure, operating from offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, and Switzerland.
An entrepreneur since 2006, Roger has successfully founded and led multiple businesses across diverse sectors, including Agri commodities trading, real estate investments, and co-founded several start-ups. His entry into commercial real estate began in 2013, with a focus on European market recovery strategies. Since then, he has participated in numerous transactions, provided advisory to family offices, and facilitated over billions in deals globally.
Roger holds a bachelor’s degree in business, an MBA from UCLA, and a Master’s in Real Estate from NUS. A passionate advocate of lifelong learning, he is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration at Singapore Management University.
Tan Ning Jia
Chief Financial Officer

At Antica, Ning Jia oversees all financial operations, including budgeting, cash flow management and institutionalising robust financial controls.
She is a registered Management Consultant with the Institute of Management Consultants (Singapore) and brings over 10 years of experience advising international clients in diverse industries such as trading, logistics, entertainment, and investment holdings. She currently serves as CFO and HR Director of a Management Consultancy company set up in 2008 with international expertise in a full spectrum of management functions including Corporate Finance, Legal and Compliance, and Strategic Human Resource Development.
A proven leader, she has successfully driven performance and change management initiatives using strategic and technological tools for HR and Finance, resulting in a marked increase in employee productivity. She has also implemented structured processes that significantly reduced operational costs and mitigated financial risks.
Ning Jia holds a Global Management Certificate from INSEAD and a Bachelor’s degree in business from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
Leonard Ang
Chief Operations Officer

Leonard brings to Antica a strong track record in operational leadership and impact-driven execution. He previously served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force as an Officer-in-Command of an operational squadron, where he led the planning and execution of fast-paced operations in mission-critical environments.
With a multidisciplinary background spanning military strategy, business operations, and sustainability, Leonard builds resilient operational frameworks that drive precision and efficiency. His leadership is defined by collaborative problem-solving, innovative process design, and empowering teams to deliver results with purpose.
Leonard graduated from the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts (with Distinction), double majoring in Economics and Environmental Studies, and also holds a Professional Certificate in Sustainability Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
Samuel Ong
Investment Director

At Antica, Samuel evaluates global investment opportunities, and deploys capital across the alternative investment space in the private equity and debt realm.
He brings over 15 years of experience across asset management, private banking, and capital markets where he honed his expertise in portfolio management and investment due-diligence in his previous roles at HSBC, BNP Paribas, and Gordian Capital, generating consistent returns across various markets.
Samuel holds a BSc in Banking & Finance from the University of London and numerous industry certifications in capital markets and financial advisory services.
Tiong Wei Jie
Head of Research

Wei Jie’s work in Antica is anchored on two strategic fronts: conducting investment partnership due diligence and producing forward-looking macroeconomic research. The former ensures that potential partners align with Antica’s standards of integrity and long-term value creation, while the latter guides capital allocation by identifying structural trends and navigating global economic shifts.
He has written over 12 articles on international political economy published in high-profile media outlets such as Channel NewsAsia, the South China Morning Post, and various international think tanks.
He was awarded the Director’s List (Gold) as the top graduate in the Master of Social Science (Global Governance and China) program at the Nanyang Centre for Public Administration, Nanyang Technological University (NTU), becoming the first graduate to achieve a perfect CGPA since the program’s inauguration in 2005. He also hold a double Bachelor’s degree with Honours in Business (Banking and Finance) and Accountancy from NTU.
