Our Strategy
Primacy in Risk Management: Our primary aim is not to achieve exceptional returns during stellar years, but to prioritize capital preservation during down periods. We believe that by avoiding the losers, returns will be taken care of.
Private Credit
We provide credit across a wide variety of strategies by working with our investment partners.
Senior Secured Corporate Lending
Provide credit directly to companies, which are prioritized for repayment in the event of a default, and secured by specific collateral, such as the company's assets or cash flows. This structure offers downside protection and predictable cash flows.
Asset-backed Lending (ABL)
Provide a form of secured financing where a loan is issued to a borrower and backed by specific assets, such as Real Estate, accounts receivable or equipment. We underwrite the loan based on the value and liquidity of the collateral.
Collaterized Loan Obligations
Manage a structured CLO product that pools together a diversified portfolio of senior secured corporate loans and repackages them into tranches with varying levels of returns. CLOs provide a way to gain exposure to diversified corporate credit while offering different yields based on risk appetite.
NAV Financing
A type of secured lending where a loan is extended to an investment fund using the fund’s portfolio of assets as collateral. We underwrite based on the current value, quality of the fund’s investments and tight covenants.
Private Equity

Buyout
Acquire controlling stakes in mature, cash-generating businesses. Creating value through growth and operational enhancements.
Secondaries
