Dixon Lim
Executive Director
Dixon began his career in banking before forging an entrepreneurial path across consumer goods and retail. From launching a vintage watch business as a student to co-founding brands that gained national traction, he has always been drawn to building ventures that create meaningful impact. His journey across diverse industries has shaped his ability to lead with clarity, creativity and conviction. He holds a degree in Banking and Finance, and is currently pursuing his MBA at Singapore Management University to further sharpen his leadership in mission-driven work.
Dixon’s calling to serve took root during his time volunteering with elderly residents in Geylang Bahru. Through quiet conversations and simple gestures of care, he witnessed how presence can restore dignity and how connection can uplift the human spirit. These experiences deepened his belief that lasting change begins not with grand gestures, but with empathy in action. At Antica Foundation, he is committed to building thoughtful, community-based initiatives that foster inclusion, honour humanity and help shape a more compassionate society.
Jeremy Netto
Head of Social Work
Jeremy is a trained analytical chemist in the biomedical and life sciences industry for the past 20 years. A multiple degree graduate in the fields of molecular biology, biomedical science, forensic biology and toxicology, pharmaceutical and analytical chemistry, Jeremy worked for large MNCs in the field as a subject matter expert for global markets. Before joining Antica Foundation, Jeremy was the head of biolaboratories developing and manufacturing COVID test kits.
During his time working in the corporate world, Jeremy has also been a volunteer with various social work organisations for the past 13 years. He recently made a mid-career transition to do social work as a full time job. He recently obtained his Graduate Diploma in social work and is working towards his Master’s degree in Social Work . Jeremy was inspired to join Antica Foundation because of the innovative projects that they have embarked on to address major social work issues and serve the marginalized communities in Singapore.
Goh Qiu Yan
Head of Operations & Transformation
Qiu Yan is an experienced professional with a track record in business development, operations, and strategic planning across diverse industries. She has held key roles in organizations such as Simple Group and Porsche Taiwan Motors, where she led regional expansion projects, optimized internal systems, and executed high-impact events and partnerships. She graduated from the Singapore University of Social Sciences with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Minor in Analytics, equipping her with a solid foundation in both strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
Qiu Yan is driven by a strong desire to use her skills to create meaningful, lasting impact. Her motivation stems from a personal commitment to fairness, inclusion, and uplifting others—especially those who are often left behind. She sees every project as an opportunity to make progress toward a more caring and equitable society.
Leonard Ang
Head of Communications
Leonard is a professional with a background in military strategy, operations, and sustainability. He previously served in key leadership roles within the Republic of Singapore Air Force, where he led mission-critical operations and long-term strategic planning. He later joined Warabimochi Kamakura Singapore as Chief Operating Officer, overseeing brand expansion and partnerships. Leonard holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Michigan and a professional certificate in Sustainability Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
Leonard’s motivation to join Antica Foundation stems from his desire to apply his leadership experience to causes that help build communities and promote equity. Having spent years in fast-paced operating environments, he believes that real strength lies in service to others—particularly those who are vulnerable. Through Antica Foundation, he hopes to harness the power of storytelling and community partnerships to inspire collective action and lasting impact.
