Partnership with Crest Secondary to Nurture Singapore’s Future Digital Workforce
Antica Foundation has partnered with Crest Secondary School to launch a youth internship programme that equips students with hands-on digital skills and real-world industry experience. This initiative supports Singapore’s growing digital economy by preparing the next generation for meaningful, skills-based careers.
Through collaboration with industry partners such as Ready Digital (RDI), Tuya Inc., Onsmart Living, and Smart Living Gallery, 15 Crest Secondary students gained exposure to smart home technologies, IoT solutions, and digital innovation.
Beyond workplace learning, students also contributed to community engagement activities — volunteering at Antica’s National Day and SG60 celebrations with seniors, and later hosting them at Crest Bistro as part of a service-learning exchange.
This collaboration exemplifies Antica Foundation’s commitment to empowering youth, bridging education and industry, and building inclusive, future-ready communities in Singapore.
